Material introduction:

1. Modified POM and Pb mixture 0.3-0.5mm, with good wear resistant performance, with lower wear coefficient even in case of oil absence. There are oil groove on the bearing, must be fulfilled with grease before using.

2. Fired bronze powder layer 0.2-0.3mm, to helping fixing with steel plate, good carrying, wear resistant and heat conduction capacities.

3. Low carbon steel 0.4-2.2mm, improving the carrying capacity and heat conduction of the bearing,

4. Copper/Sn electric plating layer, copper layer 0.008mm, and Sn layer 0.005mm, make the bearing with anti-corrosive capacity.
